sucked ass. Robocop will remain the greatest super-hero movie.

in all honesty, a 7 out of 10. The only compelling actors and characters were the villians with everyone else phoning it in and the movie was too long, but the cinematography was beautiful and the story was compelling.

I thought Batman Begins was horrible but I loved The Dark Knight.

After having seen it a handful of times, I'm still in love with it as much as I was the first time. I thought everything was pretty much perfect across the board; from story, to acting, to cinematography, to the music itself. I also thought the long runtime was awesome because it was kind of like two Batman films in one.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's probably just about my favorite movie, ever. It's definitely the king of the superhero/comic-book genre.

Oh, and try and see this in IMAX if you can, it's even more spectacular that way since most of the action sequences and some other random shots were shot in the IMAX format.

11 Batpods out of 10.

Managed to see it on Imax and thoroughly enjoyed it. The screening was a bit messed up by the Fire alarm so we saw it for free, which balanced out fairly well. Thought Heath Ledger was definitely the highlight, and I liked that Christian Bale gave a nod to Heath's incomprehensible dialog delivery in Brokeback Mountain by being competitively incomphrensible when talking with his bat-accent.

The whole Hong Kong thing was a bit unneccessary though, as well as the sonar crap. Also the action scenes... well Nolan really doesn't like audience to have a clue what's going on when things get intense. But that's all the negatives that come to mind. The scenes in the hospital might be my favourite part of the film.

Yeah, my only complaint with the movie is Christian Bale's Batman voice. Never did it for me. Seems like he's trying WAY too hard to sound gruff.
